Our services and history

Minuteman Demolition Company is a construction company with a long-standing reputation for excellence. We specialize in commercial and residential property demolition services in Central Illinois. Currently we are based in Normal, IL but will soon be expanding statewide.

For the residential market we offer: full structure demolition; interior-only gutting; outbuilding/pool/deck removal; and landscape demo/site prep/grading. For the commercial and industrial market we offer: razing of commercial, industrial, retail, and other buildings in part or in whole; asphalt or infrastructure removal; and environmental remediation and/or material recycling.

With over 100 years of combined, professional experience, our crew is ready to bring precise, safe results to your next demolition project. We take care to build up a team which understands the demolition industry and takes pride in a job well done. Licensed and insured and trained to follow all relevant safety protocols and standards. All permits are properly managed and all regulatory measures, approvals, environmental checklists, etc. are kept in full compliance. At the end of each project a thorough handling of remaining debris, recycling, cleanup, and site restoration takes place so that no client ever has to deal with a mess.
